Kellie was an empath at an early age and has always been energetically sensitive. In 2010, she studied Reiki, igniting her passion for trauma release and alternative modalities. When her mother was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2012, Kellie furthered her education to become a certified Nutrition Practitioner and started using food as medicine. In 2020 the opportunity presented itself to pursue a Masters of Science in Health & Wellness, studying herbalism, supplements and nutrition therapy. When she discovered Dr. Sarah Jane and spinal energetics in 2023, Kellie attended training in Los Angeles, CA to become a certified practitioner. She currently resides in Portland, OR.

What to Expect:

Your session, whether it be in person or virtual, will specifically address your individual needs. Either healing session will begin with a meditation and music, while you lay down.

Light touch and gentle pressure may occur during the session to facilitate the energy flow. Some clients have large body movements on the table, while others will barely move at all. Either way, your session is just as effective.

I always conclude my session with an aura cleansing and smudge.
